Our seasoning has been used for three generations and developed years ago by Al Strasner. Thousands of people have been able to taste this seasoning used on old fashion deep pit beef served at the Kern County Fair for over 30 years. The tradition continues with Al's grandson as he still serves the Kern County Fair goers and special events throughout the year. Although the ingredients of this family recipe haven't changed, it has been expanded to flavor tri-tip, beef brisket, prime rib, pot roasts and steaks.

With new generations, comes new ideas. An all-purpose seasoning has been developed to use in a variety of ways such as to season vegetables, soups, poultry, steaks, hamburgers, bread and much more.
